It is the intent of WebsiteCelebrations.com to provide Celebrants (Customer) with an online presence to build excitement surrounding their celebrations by engaging their Guests both before and after their event.

Acceptable Use

Customer may use the site for any type of celebration and/or event and post any information they like, as long as the content is within rules set by local laws. Questionable content may be removed at our own discretion.

Unlawful use and/or questionable activities or content will not be tolerated, and may result in account termination without refund, at our sole discretion.

Contact Information

Your contact information may be used from time to time for us to contact you with regard to your account. Use of fraudulent or incorrect contact information may be cause to terminate your account without warning or refund.

Copyright

Customer agrees to post only content for which they have the legal right to use in this venue. This is particularly applicable to photos and text which may be have been copyrighted by others. Client bears all responsibility for posted content.

Privacy

The information Celebrants and Guests provide to WebsiteCelebrations.com will be used for the sole intent of providing and maintaining this service. WebsiteCelebrations.com will not sell or distribute personal information to other parties. Such information includes, but is not limited to names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, credit card and other billing information. Details are here.

Guarantee

WebsiteCelebrations.com provides this service purely for its entertainment value in helping Customer enhance their Celebrations. Though our up-time reliability is very high, WebsiteCelebrations cannot guarantee this service will be available 100% of the time. In addition, regular maintenance may require the service to be offline for a short periods. This service is provided on an as-is basis.

Liability

Customer takes full responsibility for any and all content presented/posted within their online celebration.

Customer agrees that WebsiteCelebrations (and its operator, Sewell Computer) cannot be held responsible for any possible harm or damages resulting from the use of this service.

WebsiteCelebrations.com's liability in any case shall be limited to the cost of subscription to the service. This limit of liability includes liability of Sewell Computer, the producer and operator of WebsiteCelebrations.com.

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are paid in advance of the service term, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Credit Card Billing

Subscription fees are collected by Sewell Computer through PayPal. Sewell Computer is the operator of WebsiteCelebrations.com. Your Credit Card bill will indicate Sewell Computer as the merchant.
