Do you have any online help?
Yes. Please see our Quick Start Tutorial. Not only does this get new users up and running quickly, it will give you a good idea of how you can control most every aspect of your celebration.

Can I select colors and a theme for my Celebration?
Not only can you select a theme and colors for your event, you can change them at any time! If you don't see a theme you like in our library, drop us a line and we'll be happy to create something for you.

How many themes can I select from?
The list of themes changes regularly. As we grow, we add themes. You can see a list of available themes here. If you don't see something that matches your celebration, get in touch and we'll be happy to customize something for you.

Can I make sure no one else uses the same theme as me?
The themes in our library are available for anyone to use, so it's possible that many celebrations share the same theme. If you want exclusive rights to a theme for the duration of your Celebration, let us know we'll create something unique. Additional charges may apply.

How will friends access my on-line celebration?
Every Celebration has a unique Celebration ID and Password . Friends and family just visit WebsiteCelebrations.com and click "Find an Event". They enter your Celebration ID and Password. That's it! If you like, you can distribute a Permalink which bypasses the login (and security). See below.

Can I link directly to my celebration?
If you wish, you can distribute a "PermaLink" which can be used in invitations, e-mail and on web sites to link your guests directly to your celebration. No Username or Password is required if a Guest follows a PermaLink, but they will be required to identify themselves, so you know who visited.

Can I keep my Celebration Private ?
Yes. By default, visitors will need a valid Celebration ID and Password to view your Celebration. You can choose your own Celebration ID and Password.

What do I do if someone leaves an inapropriate comment in my Guestbook?
From time to time, you may find that someone left an inappropriate comment in your guestbook. As the Host/Hostess, you can hide individual comments, or delete them completely.

What if I don't want to offer an RSVP (or Guestbook, Album ...)?
For some some celebrations, you may not want an Online RSVP (like celebrating the arrival of a newborn baby - no RSVP required!). Each feature can be turned on or off. If you turn off RSVPs, that feature is not visible to guests.

How many pictures can I put in my Album?
When you sign up for a package that includes an Album, we start you off with space for 100 pictures. Need more? Just ask.

How long will the site stay up after my event?
Online Celebrations are available to guests for 12 to 24 months from the time you sign up, depending on the Package you purchase. If you'd like to make it longer, drop us a request and we'll work something out.
